Want to reduce anxiety and stress, establish new habits of mind and body, and develop deeper life experiences?
This is a 6 week course, run by Anne Rodgers, our Wellbeing mentor with Oasis Mindfulness. Each session is 2hours which include mindfulness, meditation techniques and gentle physical movements and are run in small groups.
In this course you will learn to:
- Access your power within by renewing your physical, emotional and mental energy
- Reduce anxiety and stress by training your thoughts to be in the present moment
- Bring greater clarity and focus to your daily experiences creating a deeper meaningful life
- Live consciously and without judgment to move beyond habitual negative patterns
About your Mentor: Anne is currently a Wellbeing Mentor with Oasis Mindfulness, working with business professionals to reach their peak potential through mindfulness business practice and personal values. Anne uses 30years of business wisdom to help individuals to find happiness and enjoy life, even in the most challenging of professional and personal circumstances. Anne has completed a Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, is a Level 1 Teacher with Yoga Australia and is undertaking studies with the Mindfulness Training Institute of Australia.
