Strength for Senior's classes are aimed for the over 60's in which gentle strength, mobility and balance exercises are encouraged.
The classes are run by our highly qualified physiotherapist to ensure that all exercises are tailored for the person's needs regardless of current conditions/injuries. Classes are casual drop in classes and are run in small groups and held every Tuesday at 12pm.
Classes are $20 for 45mins and are claimable via health funds T560 (group physiotherapy consultation)
