Stronger seniors classes are aimed for the over 60's in which gentle strength, mobility and balance exercises are encouraged. Get ready for a little bit of challenge!
The classes are run by Carmelo, our highly qualified physiotherapist who ensures that all exercises are tailored for the person's needs regardless of current conditions/injuries. We try to run our classes in a relaxed, safe, friendly and fun environment: you are all invited to share your stories and experiences, while you can listen to useful tips and facts about safer movements during daily activities, because Carmelo cannot quit yapping as we perform the exercises.
Classes are casual drop-in classes and are run in small groups and held every Wednesday at 11am.
Classes are $20 for 40 minutes and are claimable via health funds T560 (group physiotherapy consultation).
