Held at Prospect, near North Adelaide, our exercise classes for seniors are led by qualified physiotherapists (claimable through your health fund) and are designed specifically for over-60s to be relaxed, safe, friendly and fun. All exercises are tailored to your individual needs, regardless of your current fitness level or any preexisting injuries or conditions.

Meet your instructors: physiotherapists Minh and Belinda
Our fitness classes for seniors are led by two of our highly experienced physiotherapists, who bring warmth, expertise and plenty of encouragement to every session.
Physio Minh Le leads our Tuesday falls prevention class, with a focus on standing stability and more progressive balance and strengthening exercises.
Physio Belinda Thoday leads our Thursday balance class, offering a gentler approach with seated exercises and standing movements with support — ideal for those who prefer a slower pace or need extra stability.
Both Minh and Belinda tailor every class to the individuals in the room, so you can feel confident that you're exercising safely, whatever your starting point.
You're also welcome to share your stories and experiences — these classes are as much about community as they are about movement.

Choose your class in our Prospect studio — 11am Tuesday (falls prevention focus) or 11am Thursday (gentler, seated)

CLASS TIMES
Tuesday 11am — falls prevention circuit, with emphasis on standing stability (with Minh)
Thursday 11am — gentler traditional seated exercises for balance, strength and stability (with Belinda)
Classes run for 45 minutes in small groups.
PRICES
$20 per class — claimable through most health funds (code T560: group physiotherapy consultation)

Our fitness for over 60s classes are held at 133 Churchill Road, Prospect, Adelaide — just minutes from the CBD and North Adelaide.

Not at all. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels and abilities. Both our instructors (who are also physiotherapists) tailor exercises to the individuals in the room, so you can always work at a pace that feels right for you.

In most cases, no. But if you're managing a significant health condition or recovering from an injury, we may recommend a brief initial assessment so we can best support you. Give us a call and we can advise.

Yes, in many cases. Because our classes are led by registered physiotherapists, they may be claimable under extras cover using health fund code T560 (group physiotherapy consultation). We recommend checking with your fund for your specific entitlements.

Comfortable clothing and supportive shoes are ideal. We recommend closed-toe footwear for safety during standing exercises.
